  Rory installed a coil in my father's air conditioning unit that was defective when he came back for a leak. He clearly noted that the coil on one side was just flaking away (The Fins). He took pictures and said it was defective but never called back. My father called several times and left messages with no return call. I called with no return call. This guy does not stand behind defective parts and doesn't even return call. I strongly recommend you don't use this company.
